“Doobra ferma” and gourmet cheeses in GastroHub.

On March 10. a meeting with farmer Taras Lozhenko was held in the framework of the attentive cheese-maker course. This time the lecture talked about brands in the context of dairy production. Taras shared his experience of creating a brand of cheese and features of the choice of packaging for dairy products, told how correct positioning can pay attention to the product or, on the contrary, level its importance. He told about the uniqueness and peculiarities of the cheeses of the trade mark “Doobra Ferma”, the owner of which is his family. Also during the conversation we heard answers to the questions about the names of the cheeses, about the specifics of sales in large retail chains and at fairs.
